Hello, I am Mark! I am from Glasgow, Scotland (UK). In the past few years, I have been studying The subject of English Literature at Highschool, University Undergraduate and Postgraduate Master's Level. I have experience tutoring people from a variety of age ranges and people from all sorts of different backgrounds.

 

It is a big passion of mines to help others become more acquainted with literature and the English language – English Literature is rich in information, such as societal concerns, cultural and historical contexts. You can learn a lot! I have studied a variety of literary texts, all the way from the early modern period, that’s the 1500’s!, all the way up to the literature you may encounter in the modern day. I am familiar with academic practices, such as referencing, essay writing, analysis, and critical thinking skills.

My relevant quailification include: Secondary School Highers (A Level) English, a BA (Honours) in English Literature, and an MLitt in English Literature. I am also hoping to persue a PhD in English Literature in the near future.
